Overview

The desert mainland is the largest continent to date, being a huge desert with a chain of mountains and a few savannah areas, as well as an oasis. It is a stellar place to build large structures as it has plenty of space, but you will have to bring in resources from elsewhere to be able to establish a proper settlement. As usual for the mainland, it contains a mithril node (the hardest to get to by far) and an underworld location, the smallest compared to other continents.

Mithril Location

The mithril node is located in a cave deep inside the mountain, in a spot where you will have to go through a maze to get to it. If you don't know the way, you will have to trial and error until you figure out the optimal way to get to it, as there are two separate maze caves to traverse through until you get to the node. Underworld

Compared to the mithril spot, the underworld location is significantly easier to reach. To get to it, first get to the cave entrance that's closest to the continent oasis, then turn left and climb up to the opening that leads to the mushroom chamber. Once there, climb the rocks right in front of the mushrooms and you will spot a little pothole that you can jump into, which will lead you to the underworld. Keep in mind that the only exit is through the mithril maze or with ladders to climb back up the pothole, so plan accordingly. Video with guide below.
